Shipping and handling:

• Orders and payments received Monday to Friday before 2.00pm will usually be despatched same day and normally arrive the next working day. PLEASE NOTE: NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU SELECT THE EXPRESS POST OPTION AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS.
• Items ordered and paid over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday.
• International orders are sent either Standard Airmail, Signed for Service or by DHL courier. For International Shipping quote please email us at admin@geekgadgetswholesale.com.
• As soon as your package is posted we will upgrade the listing to reflect this and send tracking number if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Please return your item within 7 days of receipt.
• Unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:
  1. We have been notified via email within 7 days.
  2. The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition(unmarked).
• Please include full name and address details with your return including your reason for returning your item.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot accept headset returns.
